Call-Out Fees
Rabbit Aviation strongly encourages pilots to use all means possible to procure fuel at the San Carlos airport during Rabbit Aviation business hours, bearing in mind that the airport is not equipped with a self-serve fueling unit. However, in the event that fuel is needed after hours or on holidays not during hours, Rabbit Aviation may accommodate requests made in advance. Call-Out fees, while variable, often follow this pattern: When less than fifty gallons of product is sold, the call-out fee is $100; when more than fifty gallons of product is sold; the call-out fee is $50.
Purchase Minimums
Rabbit Aviation's truck equipment and software require a minimum of (5) five gallons of product to be dispensed within one minute's time for meter accuracy. Pilots who purchase less than five gallons will be charged the call-out (5) five gallon minimum.
